Lilli had never touched dry vermouth until Lara poured her one of these. Now it lives in the bar cabinet.
Just two ingredients over ice – no shaker, no garnish. It tastes like the drink at a wine bar that doesn't take bookings, and is about as much effort as pouring a glass of water. You can thank us later.
You’ll need

Make it
- Fill your glass with ice
- Pour in the dry vermouth
- Top with our pear, elderflower and cardamom soda
- Drink it. Try not to be smug about how easy that was
