It’s pink and spicy so we’re calling it a date-night drink. No need to overthink it.
Build it in the glass and don’t skimp on the jalapeno brine. And the Tajín rim – that’s a very smooth move indeed.

Fun fact: This is the original indigo soda cocktail! The Second Date is one of the first recipes we experimented with in indigo’s (veryyyy) early days.

- Line the rim of your glass with Tajín
- Add ice and a shot of tequila
- Pop in a bar spoon (or spoons tbh) of jalapeño brine
- Top with our raspberry, habanero and lime soda
- Squeeze in lime
